Laura Dunlop, a Primary 7 pupil from Halyrude, has won the "What Fairtrade Means To Me" poster competition.
Jo Powell, a local artist and judge of the Fairtrade Primary 7 Poster Competition, is seen here presenting Laura with her fairly traded bag and purse from Brave New Bead in Peebles, fairtrade chocolate goodies and a fair trade football for the school.
Jo was very impressed by the high standard of posters submitted by P7 pupils from Halyrude, Kingsland and Priorsford to the competition.
All posters can be viewed at the Tweeddale Museum and Gallery (Chambers Institute) until Saturday the 7th of March.
